Today was the day I was going to go in and exchange my phone for the fourth time. I had to charm the salesperson if I wanted an upgrade. I slicked back my hair, snapped on my grey headband, and plastered a coy smile on my face. I stuck both my hand guns in the hair, shot twice, and blew out the smoke. It was now or never.

The most troublesome part of my afternoons at Panera are when I have to go to the restroom. I can’t leave my laptop on the table. I can’t bring my bag and leave my drink or else the cleaning lady will come pick it up and throw it away.
